Yahoo! Mail Now Fully Accessible

Yahoo! India Research & Development has made its new Yahoo! Mail "fully accessible" to people with different disabilities.

The company maintains that with this, people with visual and other disabilities will be able to use Yahoo! Mail Classic with similar ease as other users and that it will work on all standard screen reader software.

Assisted by Yahoo! Accessibility Guru Victor Tsaran, the Yahoo! India R&D team in Bangalore played pivotal role in making the new Yahoo! Mail fully accessible. The company maintains that it has a dedicated team of accessibility experts who ensure that Yahoo! products benefit all users with disabilities but it istill is important that users familiarize themselves with the screen reader and screen magnifier software before using Yahoo! products with Accessibility features.

With basic Internet connectivity, any user with physical disabilities can experience the new Yahoo! Mail, said the company.
