Asus Launches New Ultraportable Laptop

Asus has released its latest ultraportable, the U1F, for discerning consumers in the Indian market. The laptop sports a shining lacquer-finished surface, has a breathtaking 0.5cm ultra-slim LCD panel, and comes with a leather-bound palm rest for increased comfort.

The U1F’s screen adopts a special LED backlit panel that is half the width of (and a third lighter than) conventional LCD panels. It operates with lower power consumption, and offers better luminance as well as faster response time.

The laptop features a high-resolution webcam module, which is one of the smallest lenses available. Wireless connectivity is ensured thanks to the U1F’s built-in WLAN 802.11 a/b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 enhanced data rate for high-speed Internet access and data transfer.

The extended battery life ensures better productivity. Asus Power4 Gear eXtreme power management extends battery life by up to 20-25%, offering reliable and continuous operation.

This cost of the laptop is Rs. 1,35,000.
